The Taylor-Wilson Camp#10 is pleased to sponsor the Taylor-Wilson 10 Ladies auxilary of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. Which was granted a charter in October of 2008 and have been active since the summer of 2008. Meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at the Depot Grill in conjunction with the meeting of the camp. The ladies often join with the men of the Taylor-Wilson Camp for events / activities and have taken up the responsibility for the care and decoration of the graves of Union soldiers throughout the year
The membership of the ladies auxiliary has doubled since its chartering in October of 2008. To join the auxiliary a woman can qualify for full membership if she is married to a member of the SUVCW, or if she is the decendent of a Union soldier who served in the Civil War. Associate membership can also be granted to those who wish to honor the memory of the "Boys in Blue. There is a Junior mebership catagory for younger children like the young lady pictured above hoding the Camp Charter.
